    Hi Adam! I’ve been reading your posts on intraday trading, and I have a beginner question to ask about this post: what on the chart are you referring to when you say “inside days”? Normally I would assume you were referring to a day when all the bars were inside the channels or something like that, but the chart on this post doesn’t have a moving average or keltner channels or anything like that, so I’m wondering if you are talking about something else that I’ve missed. Thanks for clarifying!

      And after doing more reading I realized that when you refer to “inside days” here you mean that the range of a day falls completely within the range of the previous day, which is a sign of volatility compression. I’m learning, slowly but surely 🙂 Thank you for sharing so much wonderful information Adam! You are a great teacher.
